Why You Should Work With Only
"ONE" Real Estate Agent
Communication:When a great listing comes on the market, the agent will call first a client who is working exclusively with them, not the one juggling several REALTORS at once.
Representation: Choosing a Buyer's agent to work with exclusively benefits both of you. You get a professional who is obligated to find your dream home, answer any questions or unknowns about the process, negotiate on your behalf, take care of all the paperwork, and look out for your best interest.
Peace of Mind: Not only will a good agent give you peace of mind in you knowing everything is handled but, the agent gets the peace of mind, knowing that after working hard to find your dream home, they will get paid. That sounds pretty fair, doesn't it?
Seller Pays Fee: And since the seller, not the buyer, pays the agent, it is hard to understand why any buyer would not want to have a loyal, dedicated Buyer's Agent at their side.
The Question Is: Do you want to go on hundreds of blind dates or do you want to develop one loyal, commited relationship that works?
Loyalty is a two-way street. If you are willing to let a REALTOR devote their time and expense to helping you find your dream home, then you should show some loyalty to that REALTOR. A good agent will bend over backwards for their client, as long as the agent knows that the client is committed to them.
